Hi , about one month ago I suddenly started experiencing pain in both my elbows down to my wrists
The pain feels like pulled muscles , I initially thought it was from pulling my trainers on . It seems as though when we get older one incorrect movement causes injury 🙈
I have started to use a shoe horn it sounds nuts but the pain has eased .
However I’ve still got painful twinges in my right elbow .
Has anyone else experienced this ?
