Has any1 suggested vaginal atrophy?   As oestrogen levels fall the body may become dry: inside and out; vaginal skin, scalp, deep in the ears, nostrils - it maybe that a little moisturiser applied a few times a day may well ease the spotting.  It is possible that the skin splits a little and being thinner, any pressure can cause a small show of blood.

Do read the 'bladder issues' and vaginal atrophy threads.  Make notes ;-). Even a little dab of KY Jelly can help until U decide on something else if necessary.
