Intolerance or sun?
« on: April 07, 2024, 11:34:30 PM »

Hi, I’m on my second cycle of Evorel Sequi. First month I found fine, but this month after a day on the new patch my mood has plummeted. I’m also on holiday and have been sunbathing with the patches exposed - could this be a cause? it seems odd that I wouldn’t have reacted to the progesterone before??

I'm on Evorel and you have to keep the patch out of direct sunlight. I've just checked and It's under Section 3 in the info leaflet. I stick my patches on my buttock.

Thanks Taz, I feel silly for not realising. What I can’t seem to find is the consequences- everything I read just stays patch dumping- I’m interested to read what that actually feels like!
