I had problems while on it after dr switched me to it when there were first shortages of Evorel Conti, back in 2020. Unaware it was not an equivalent, I took it for three months end of which I run to my surgery complaining that there is something very wrong going on with my body. My hair was falling out, I had all sort of scary sensations in my body, as if my pressure was jumping up and down, and numerous aches all over. I was scared and down. And only when with my GP I realised I was on a different, lower doses of hormones. I had blood tests and they were fine.

Now, I have issues with my health showing up since. VA appeared first. Hair still falls out, although, after three months, I went back on Evorel Conti.

So, it did not suite me, as lower doses are obviously not for me, but I don't know where are you starting from. Did you take some other one before? How old are you?

I trialled FC, back in 2022, but it was 1/5. I took it mainly because I was continually bleeding on the 75 patch and utrogestan.

However, It was a much lower dose than my patch and by the end of the trial, my persistent weeing returned, lower portions were like the Sahara and I was miserable as sin.

It’s a no from me, unfortunately.

I had childhood migraines so I empathise!

Last one was at 24. They never came back, thank God.  ..which makes me wonder now..are yours really related to HRT or are a separate issue?  I know there is no cure for them but I read that KETO diet helps. I would try!

To me, HRT held my body together. At 60, I was an only one from my contemporaries in my circle who had no issues whatsoever. Yeah, my head was spinning from all that meno jazz driving me nuts or making idle but I had no surgeries, organ failures, brest cancer, hip replacements, bypasses, or died, like many from those I knew.  To date I only take HRT. No other medication... I am nearly 69.

After that change of HRT all goes wrong! ..Last two years I just wait for yet another scan, ..
