Do look at the Cinnamon Trust web-site to see if there is support in your area.   The Trust is for people with pets who have sudden emergencies/hospital slots.  They have fosterers who can pet sit so worth contacting if your dog has anxiety - something that I understand.

Keep strong I went through exactly same this time last year so know what you are going through. You be on this rollercoaster till you have surgery and remove it all they did mine very quickly. I had to have everything removed including ovaries and cervix but it was caught very early thanks to our NHS. I would start doing any jobs or cooking you need to do now as I got my call for surgery very quickly after the mri scan. Good luck x

Thanks so much for all the support and suggestions. It really does mean so much. I’m slowly processing I think. And starting to mentally prepare for the next stages. The doctor said they think it’s 1a but also I’ve read that they can’t really know until all the tests are done and cases can be upgraded. But also staying positive too. Have cut out anything processed from my diet and don’t drink or smoke. Went for a run today and meditated. And I’m slowly getting round telling friends and family. People are really shocked when I tell them. I guess I would be too if a friend or family member told me they’d been diagnosed with cancer. At this stage I think I’m doing ok and focusing on what comes next. Wish it would hurry up a bit tho! I am going to call them tomo to see what the hope is of bringing the MRI forward. And keep me in their minds like was suggested.
It helps so much to know you are all here. And Donna u said you were at this place this time last year. I wish you all the best and hope you’re doing well. And all of you too of course 💕
