hello,

i’m new to this group and wanted to reach out as i’m really struggling with mental health atm 🤯 it’s causing all sorts of problems with my relationships.  on hrt with is being reviewed FINALLY!

finding it hard to go out or eat week even though i know those things would help me

What hrt are you on? Are you post meno,  or peri?
How long you been on it?

Trust me, we know what your going through, just be aware, your NOT alone.
Have you anyone to talk to. Or anyone who understands? 
One of the best things to do is listen to your favourite music or watch a favourite film, MAKE yourself get out too, hard I know, but even a short walk help clear your head. ( wish I could take my own advice,  I know how hard it is) but please try.
Hopefully the review will sort you out.
