Hi everyone
New to the site… Perimenopause 47yo, married with 2 kids (21 & 16) and just started my HRT journey.

I was prescribed Estrodiol 25 patch & Utrogestan 100mg last week. Put first patch on Thursday night (day 6 of cycle) and was told to take Utrogestan from day 15 of HRT cycle NOT day 15 of my actual cycle. My question is… would it not be better to take Utrogestan in sync with my actual cycle ?  I did question this at the time but it wasn’t really answered.  Thanks in advance x

Morning and    Is there any info in the leaflet in the box?

If no one who uses that regime doesn't comment, mayB put the product names: individually : into the search box and read any appropriate threads.  Make notes ;-).
