The Body Shop to shut up to half of its UK stores.

Not sure when I last went into a Body Shop store. I don't use many of their products and buy online if there is anything I like. It was good when it began as nobody else was selling their vibe of thinking of the planet.

Handy for gift buying when shopping was a pleasure.

I don't think i ever bought anything there. I always found the staff overbearing and the products overly expensive. I seem to recall reading that their online store was appalling and the reason for their demise. They've already closed it down so it may be correct. Obviously it's essential to have an online prescence, but this shows that done wrong it really can spell the end of a business.
