I have been on HRT patches for a few weeks now and I am still having stomach cramps, like period pain but without the bleeding. Has anyone else experienced this? Not sure if it’s common or not, hoping it will pass soon

Not sure if this helps but I recently started Lenzetto and Utrogestan then promptly stopped after a few days because of the horrible side effects I was having but while I was on them I experienced stomach cramps, period pain but no bleed, upset stomach and bad anxiety all of which are still affecting me now a week after stopping both Lenzetto and Utro.
