Hello all,
so far my muscle, tendon, joint, weird leg niggles have been mainly annoying niggles rather than outright ouch ouch pain, but I woke up last night at 3.30am with actual sharp pain down the outside of my leg.
Took painkillers, and rubbed tiger balm, went back to sleep, and fine now, but is this recognisably a low oestrogen symptom?
I've upped my Lenzetto a little, but think it's stopped working... grrrr

Where exactly was the pain, thigh or calf?

Several years ago I would wake in the early hours with pain so deep in the thigh that I couldn't shout out.  I discovered that the reason was bending over low cabinets at antique fairs  = pulling muscles.  Now I take more care.

Ouch....for me it was outside edge of calf, and thigh.
I have been massively exercising to lose weight to help the plantar fasciitis - beginning to realise that the body just can't do what it used to be able to.
Think I saw on this forum, that something about pain receptors is changing with falling oestrogen? ie everything hurts more
