Hrt withdrawal symptoms
« on: January 14, 2024, 12:12:10 PM »

Hi,
I stopped taking my hrt less than a week ago because it was making me feel awful.
Since I’ve stopped taking it my upper back pain has increased, so has breast & armpit pain. I’m not sleeping very well & the night sweats have returned.
Is it normal for the back & armpit to increase?
I would appreciate any advice. I’m trying not to worry.

Hi!  I found that a loss of oestrogen caused aches and pains.  MayB put the regime you were using into the search box to read appropriate threads?   Make notes ;-).  The body will react to any changes even minimal ones.

Which part of the HRT made you feel awful?  Many cannot tolerate progesterone.
