Hi all
I keep getting excruciating neck and shoulder pain around the time I’m due to ovulate and the also just before my period starts.

I’m on 2 pumps of estrogen gel and utrogestan for the final 14 days.

I’ve been given gabapentin but that makes no difference. I’m convinced it’s cyclical and the gynaecologist agrees and thinks it could be related to pelvic pain which transfers ti my neck and shoulder: I’ve been referred to see the pelvic gynaecologist clinic.

Was wondering if anyone else gets the same symptoms as me during these times, and if they’ve found anything which helps?

I’m sure someone called Zoe on here had those symptoms as the same times and it was related to oestrogen spikes? She took some supplement which helped. Maybe do a search on her posts?
