Withdrawal bleeds are caused by stopping the progesterone. What progesterone are you using?

Oh I should be okay then. Took last dose of utrogestan on Wednesday, withdrawal bleed started on Thursday and I don't plan on taking it again until I have had a break and a reset.

Thanks so much, I’m 54 with no period since 50.
Today someone commented on my mojo / anxiety so to speak and said it was noticeable this weekend as well.

Have a good cry?  Nature wouldn't have given us feelings if she hadn't wanted us to cry.  I am unable to cry .........
