Everol Conti - stopping/starting

Hi
It seems I’m one of the sensitive ones to the progesterone side of Everol Conti - wretched mood swings/pmt symptoms. I’ve tried half conti patch, Everol 25/Utrogestan and Eostrogel/Utrogestan all with the same outcomes - little gain but plenty of downside.

Could the stopping/starting different regimes cause problems or is it progesterone sensitivity? Slightly wishing I’d never opened the Pandora’s box of HRT.

Any thoughts?
