Starting Evorel sequi patches Monday!
« on: October 07, 2023, 09:39:44 AM »

Hi all

I’ve had my prescription for two weeks now, finally going to start Monday.  Never been so happy for my period to appear!!  I was on combined pill (rigevidon) but am on my weeks break, ready to start hrt.

Bit anxious but also ready to start.

Main things I want help with the insomnia and anxiety.  Please share anyone on this regime how you have found it.  Hoping good things.

I know it can take a while to help, but hoping for good things.  I am 46, and have every peri symptom going!  Thanks

Those were my main symptoms too completely cured by evorel sequi  :). It did take 3 months to sort it though.

I’ve been on evorel sequi for around 4 months after switching straight over from the pill. I feel fab during the first 2 weeks with the oestrogen only patch (more energy, upbeat, good libido) but lethargic and irritable on the 2 weeks with the progesterone added. Gonna stick with it a bit longer and see if it improves

Good luck!

Hi…I’m in the Evorel gang! I started 4 weeks ago today. I’m 45 and had all the joyous symptoms of peri…anxiety being the worst…first two weeks with estrogen felt lovely..lighter mood, no impending sense of doom…2nd 2 weeks of Conti were ok, falling asleep at my desk and felt shattered but I’ll take that over some of the peri symptoms I was having 😎👌👏

Although I’m freaking a little bit, finished the 4 four weeks and no bleed? X

Hi Charleyfarley

From what I have read some start there bleed on the new packet so back on estrogen part.  And some people have no bleed at all.  Guess we are all so different.

Glad to hear they are working for you, I hope for the same!

Hope it works for you. I've been on the Evorel Ostrogen patch for 13 days and feel awful - tetchy, bloated, v tired and have been bleeding. I think I'm going to come off and get my hormone levels tested before I take another HRT. Hope it's better for you!

And I don’t want to really take those tranxamix tablet things particularly so praying blood reduces
