Estriol cream 0.01 Marlborough Brand

Does anyone know how much cream is in the applicator that comes with this and how much estriol is in one application. There doesn't seem to be anything on the package.

‘Generic) Estriol Cream 0.01% (80g): 5g applicatorful delivers 500mcg estriol.’
