Hi Minnie Mouse, sorry for the late reply, and thanks for letting me know about your experience.
Yes, it seems that HRT can cause leg circulation problems in some women, with the resulting spider or varicose veins appearing :steamed:

I suppose the horrible treatment options you mention involve some sort of invasive procedure? The angiologist I saw recommended I take Diosmin tablets, to enhance blood circulation, I'm probably going to try them (I'm already taking Red Vine Leaf which so far has been working well for lower leg pain, but the spider veins are looking the same).

Hi,
Yes, I can't remember exactly what, but it was a procedure with a fair amount of down time, surgical stockings etc.
They confirmed it was a cosmetic issue so I decided to close the file and wear long shorts, and maybe think again in future.  :-\
