Hi all,
Finally my coil has settled and i am only getting light spotting. However i have increased in weight around my middle despite continuing normal very healthy diet and daily exercise which is a combination of lifting weights, long walks, swimming and yoga, with occasional cycling thrown in.
The only thing that is different is this form of HRT.
I had patches before and did not experience weight gain.
I would appreciate any thoughts.

I gained weight when I had the mirena. It’s one of the side effects unfortunately, continuous progesterone leads to bloating. It doesn’t affect everyone, but definitely did with me x
