Hello Grogu and welcome to the forum. I am sorry to hear you have constant nausea. How horrible for you. I remember having nausea when my oestrogen was low. I wonder if this is the same for you. It is great your anxiety has improved.
I had horrendous continuous nausea. It went once I was on the right amount of oestrogen.

If you stop then it is likely your anxiety will come back as your oestrogen drops again.
You don't have to go straight from one pump to two. You could just add a little extra in and see how you go. Concerned that a whole extra pump in one go might be too much. I feel for you with the nausea, I had that when my estrogen was low too.
Nausea: is there any reason not to take over the counter travel sickness meds.? HRT may take 6-8 months to kick in.
How long did the effects last? Ginger biscuits?Ginger tea?Grated ginger in your evening meal? It's good for easing nausea.
