If any of you have read my other post you will see that i think i maybe perimenopause.
The past month to 6 weeks i have noticed a sudden weight gain around my middle. I look about 8 months pregnant. Im so upset by it - what can i do? Any miracle tablet out there i can take. Effective exercises for someone who doesnt?!

I'm just reading about insulin resistance! It's miserable, I'm definable carrying more tummy weight now in perimenopause.
