Well things are not going too well in the gynae department.

I’ve had god awful stabbing/ gnawing/ twisting pain in my
left side since Feb.

Had a CT for kidney function (??) and they are working fine. A bulky uterus was diagnosed.

GP should have referred me for an ultrasound on Thursday but she messed up the referral and I’ve got to start the whole rigmarole with a different GP on Monday! I’m requesting a full pelvic scan. Along side this pain, I’ve got nausea and abdominal pain 

Something tells me fibroids ( I do have one apparently and on the same side as the pain) or ovarian cysts/ growths etc. a bulky uterus rings alarm bells for me.

If I’m riddled with disease or other stuff I want a hysterectomy.

Any success stories? How long did it take for you to get your surgery? What was the recovery time like?

Just hell on earth. Death is preferable to all this im going through 

Oh and I have a thyroid goitre which has potentially caused Horners in my left eye, so lid is drooping. Melasma on my face. Pain in my side ( probably ovarian bloody cancer!) and the general fuckery of menopause!!!

Morning.  Hyster-sisters web-site might be worth a lookC?  Feeling constantly ill is draining.  I remember it well    .  Thought that I would never recover.

At least you probably won't require progesterone if you opt for major surgical intervention.
