Hi ladies, this is my first post. Due to the shortage of Utrogestan 100 mgs and the fact I am unable to obtain it anywhere. I was able to purchase Utrogestan 200mgs from an online pharmacy as an alternative until I can get hold of Utrogestan 100mgs again. I run out of the 100mgs in 2 weeks. I currently take 100mgs every day as I am post meno with Evorel 75 which I had recently increased from Evorel 50. The Online Pharmacy suggests  that you take it every other day as this would give you the equivalent of 100mgs per day.However I am concerned that this will cause a bleed. Does anyone else have any experience with this. Many thanks in advance x

I was on 100mg of Utrogestan daily and 1mg of estradiol daily for the last year… spotting started 6 months ago and was told to increase to 200mg daily of Utrogestan and 1.5mg of estradiol to stop any bleeding but unfortunately this is causing full on bleeds every 2 weeks for me now and no idea why 😭
