Apologies if this has been asked before...I've been on Sandrena gel 0.5mg and utrogestan for 2weeks out of the month as I'm still having periods. Been on this regime for 5 months now. Up until this month my "normal" period start date didn't align to my breakthrough bleed start date - I would be starting on utrogestan whilst still having a period or just after. Now that everything has aligned this month my period has now lasted for 11 days and counting. It was like a normal period for 7 days - light period at the start, 2 heavier days in between and then light. I thought it had finished but I've now had a light period again (panty liner level). Is this normal? Have I had a normal bleed then a breakthrough bleed after? Does my HRT need increased?
