Hello Overwhelmed and welcome to the forum.

I also understand exactly how you feel and you have my sympathy.

If you want to try more pumps of Oestrogel but find handling that amount difficult you could try Sandrena gel instead. It comes in small sachets and is more concentrated so less actual gel to spread.
