This could be opening a can of worms. I find it strange that Irish doctors have only given me 3 choices -- Estradot patch, Oestragel pump, or either of these in combination with Urogestran. How do they know what is needed and how much? Aren't hormones (and women) more complex than just having these few options? Are there more options in other countries?
