Hello ladies ...In continuation to my earlier talk ....I was tempted to do a physical work out session inspite of the heavy bleed just to raise my spirits i found i started cramping and hurting with just mild exercise ?? What ?? Has anyone else experienced this 😞😞☹️☹️

Gravity !  didn't help when I suffered painful, clotty periods  . MayB take pain relief then go for a gentle stroll.
