Having increased my patches by 25 Everol and no change I’ve been asked to go back to my original 75.  Feel so emotional, stomach ache, headache and nausea.  Having bloods today and waiting for a 6cm fybroid removal.  Feel so bad having to take time off work again.  Any advice gratefully received as just don’t want to feel like this anymore x

Sorry to hear this Sammas. Do you feel any different taking 25? If you decide to go back to 75 I would do it slowly.

It could be the HRT does not suit you and a different type may be better for you.

Hi Flossie, I was on 100 but gone back down to 75.  Been on patches for a few years.  Scared to change.  Hope you are ok x

I can understand you feeling scared to change after being on the patches for a few years. Have they ever helped at all? I was wondering if a different patch may be an idea but I do understand it can be hard to try something new.
