I don't weigh myself these days,as I either get anxiety if I've lost too much or down in the dumps if I've put on too much,it's a no win situation.
During meno,we can put on weight,there's no helping it but like clkd says,exercising is great,now spring is approaching go for a nice walk daily if you can.
I love zero fat yogurts with some cubed melon,or a bowl of cereal for lunch with skimmed milk and blueberries then a normal dinner and I never eat after 6pm
