Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use to chart progress. As oestrogen levels drop the skin may become dry: inside and out; skin, scalp, between the toes, deep in the ears, nostrils, eyes, vagina ......... as well as muscles may become lax = aches and pains.
Have you bled since? My periods waxed and waned for several years ....... then stopped. We are advised to count 12 months b4 considering menopause [literally the last period] but Mother Nature sometimes throws in a curved ball with a bleed

. Then we count from month 1! Sometimes a few times.
We talk about everything: pets, hobbies, cycling ..... even menopause.
