Hi the general advice is that any hrt can take 3 months. Hot flushes usually go after about a month but other symptoms can take longer.

Have you tried putting Kliovance into the search box? It should bring up any posts which have mentioned it.

Hi have you changed from Evorel Conti to Kliovance?

If so, you’ve halved the amount of oestrogen which is probably why you’re not seeing any difference. x

Also if you go to the main forum page and type Kliovance into the search you should see about 15 pages of posts . x

I've no idea why, but there are two search functions on the forum. There's the search box, but also in the blue tabs you'll see another SEARCH title.
https://www.menopausematters.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=search
If you put kliovance in there, you'll get a lot more results.

Plot thickens lol

Just off the phone with my local pharmacist.. who says that the Kliovance actually has more estrogen than  Everol Conti. Maybe I'm just not absorbing it as well in tablet form...
Back to the drawing board with my GP me thinks.. grrrrrrrr
lololol

Unfortunately your pharmacist is incorrect.

Evorel Conti is the equivalent dosage of Kliofem which is a 2 mg tablet. Kliovance is a 1mg tablet.

Page 3 gives you the equivalent dosages.  x

If Evorel Conti didn’t have enough oestrogen for you then you need a 75 patch or 3 or 4 pumps of Oestrogel.

How are we meant to get to grips with it if the PHARMACIST can't get it right????
Sheeeesh!!!!
So sounds like I need something stronger..
Symptoms returning  is driving me to distraction....Particularly little sleep, up every few hours to the loo.. Mood changes....etc etc ...

You’ve halved the dosage so symptoms will come back.

You need to go onto an oestrogen only patch or gel with a separate progesterone.

Yes you could try patches….probably best to start on 75. Or Oestrogel…probably start on 3 pumps.

You could use Utrogestan as the progesterone or Mirena coil or Provera. x
