I'm considering switching to a tablet form of HRT and I wondered if anyone here takes Elleste solo (I think that's the only bioidentical one?) and if there are any general guidelines such as - are pills generally considered weaker than transdermal?

After a nightmare couple of months of too high Estrogen I have substantially reduced my Lenzetto to 1.5 sprays, but going by Louise Newson's leaflet there isn't a tablet with a low enough equivalent strength of that? (She says 1mg = 2-3 sprays of Lenzetto). So I guess I'd need a 0.5mg tablet!
