I rarely use disposable vapes. I have one that I fill with liquid myself.
I’ve changed my hrt. I’m now on Sandrena gel & Gepretix capsules. I’m half way through month 2.
I still have the back pain, but it seems to have moved to the lower back. I’ve been getting breast pain quite a bit. I’m presuming it’s my body getting used to the new hrt.
I’ve tried cutting down but my job can be quite stressful & the vaping helps xx

I track both my cycle and symptoms in a simple notebook, just jotting down dates, how I feel, and anything unusual—it really helps spot patterns and talk better with the doctor.
