Hi all

Just hoping for some reassurance- just to preface I am giving myself until Thursday and then I will be seeking doctors appointment.

I have been on continuous HRT for nearly a year or maybe a little over a year now- I’ve been on eveorel patches which have been great although I’ve had to mess with the dosage considerably. I’ve settled on 50mcg

Ugestogen has been a trouble spot in that I’ve found compliance difficult. All the rules around eating and not eating but more so because I had felt sooo so dopped in mornings . I have a full on full time job with lots of driving .

Long story short - I reviewed HRt  and got told off ( rightly so ) for not being compliant. Discussed coil but also restating Ugestogen but via vaginal application.

ReStarted taking  Ugestogen vaginally just shy of two weeks ago.
the cramping was horrendous- and so after 3 - 4 days I stopped and swapped and went back to oral but have taken religiously since.

Still have had cramping- bad cramping and then a horrible bleed - now at day 4 of bleed - still have cramping ( mainly in afternoon.

Bleeding is bright red/ pink- although I think it is slowing down

Initially I thought- well that’s ok. The Ugestogen is just doing it’s job and thinning wall and it will settle?

So I’m wondering if I have this wrong and should I be concerned?

I also feel very angry which I didn’t have before - anger was worse when I tried vaginall application.

I am on 100mg tablets of Ugestogen
