Uptick that's really useful info thank you. I know I have both kinds but hopefully going forward I can specify to my GP or pharmacy which one I want.

discogirl, if you're applying four pumps I would do two inner thighs and 2 upper arms. Plus a real game changer for me was am/pm application.
I put 1st lot on at 7.30 am and I have set my phone alarm to 9 pm every evening for the second round. It's made a big difference in my sleep quality. If you just put it all on in the morning your estrogen levels will dip or crash as mine did in the early hours, thus causing broken sleep.

I'm 55 so think I'm post-meno, hard to tell when you're on a cyclical regime.
