Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas. I’ve been using YES vaginal moisturiser for a few weeks now, not sure if it is making a difference or not 🤔 maybe a little. However, the instructions/info leaflet is pretty poor. I’m not sure if I should be applying it sparsely or liberally and if I should be applying it internally or just on the outer area? Anyone else used it and could advise please? Px

I use it as often as I need to. I have used it for the outer area and applied it to Ovestin applicator to insert too.

Hi
I use it both inside and outside and just slap it on so to speak.
The biggest help for me is vagifem without a doubt.
I no longer need a wee all the time, or feel my bladder isn’t empty, no longer has burning or itchy feeling and infections.
I originally was using ovestin but that didn’t help.
Don’t know if it’s related but my boobs have increased in size and feel a fuller figure since I’ve been on vagifem.
Best wishes

With that regime regularly you should keep VA under control.
