slight bleeding first thing in the morning
« on: December 27, 2022, 07:37:35 AM »

Just wanted a bit of advice.

I'm 4 yrs post meno, on 4 pumps oestragel a day, symptoms were chronic insomina and anxiety. I'm on 100g utrogestan which I use vaginally just before bed.

My sleep is so much better, however over the last, 7 days I would say, I've noticed my anxiety has creeped back a bit and also when I get up, first thing in the morning to use the loo, I've noticed slight bleeding on the toilet paper. It doesn't happen at any other time of day.

I'm not overly worried or anything, but I just wondered why this is happening, is it the oestragel or the utrogestan?

Thanks so much x
