I was prescribed Propranolol for anxiety surges.
How R U today Charlie?
Good Morning
Last night I tried the Utrogestan vaginally and I can confirm, it has made a big difference!
I woke up this morning about 6 am (this is my normal waking time) and felt like I'd had a "real" sleep, not a sedative induced one.
Still feeling a little whoozy but it's such early days, I'm not surpised by that. I haven't got a headache and don't feel so nausious.
I've taken the Ramipril earlier this morning and as I said, I dont feel anything different after taking it, so I do suspect it's the Utrogestan causing the issues.
I have ordered a blood pressure monitor, was reluctant as didn't want to risk the constant, paranoid testing but I do want to be able to confirm things myself.
I want to thank you all for you encouragement and advice and for this lovely site. If I hadn't found it, I wouldn't have known about the other methods for taking Utrogestan and to be honest, I don't think I would have been able to carry on using it.
So I'm going to continue using it this way and let my body adapt to everything. I'm optimistic about the future and I couldn't have said that a few weeks ago.
Thanks again, You're all stars

Charlie
