I thought “what?!” when an article appeared yesterday in the Express about a murderer in a Scottish jail, identifying as a female for the last few years, now wants to identify as a toddler demanding nappies, a dummy and his/her food to be puréed  :angryfire:

There are quite a few 'clubs' where men pay a lot of money for this service  ;D

There was also a pupil in Australia that wanted to be identified as a cat and the teachers allowed it?!? I think youngsters are now trying to come up with something original to outdo others, total attention seeking

Anyone see the bloke who’s made himself into a wolf?
He wears a wolf suit every day.
Bloody weird if you ask me! 🤨
I only skimmed through the article, can’t be arsed with all this stuff.  ;D

MayB it's us that should be in the asylum?

Why give them air space  :-\.  Those that are truly in trouble and need support until they are old enough to decide which way, should be treated with parents present with lots of opportunities to talk their feelings out.  The media should not be taking up these stories.

Also,1. has to consider the safety of Staff in womens' prisons.

They are called Furries. Often they only wear their tail but then have meet ups where everyone attends as their animal persona (called a Fursona) OH worked with a guy who was a wolf. His wife was too. They used to go to an annual convention.

Omg if it wasn't so sad it would be hysterical.
Now we have a paedophile who stalked a 13 year old girl getting moved to a women's prison. Isn't it time all this stopped? I dread to think what this country is going to end up like  :-\

To be honest I don't have an issue with people dressing  up, if that's what they want to do, providing they aren't harming anyone else. It's no different to people going to Star Trek conventions or re-enacting wars or living as people did in the 40s. It's when criminals are playing the system to get access to potential victims, or are kids are getting surgeries because it's the latest fad that I have an issue, and i do think that all sex change treatments should be paid for by the individual as they are a choice.

Totally agree getting-old.
It’s comical really, dressing up like that, if nothing else, even if I can’t understand why they do it, at least it makes me chuckle.

Now,…..where’s my nearest Fursona. 😂

Thanx Taz. 👍

This is really wrong: [ Does "man" offend you? ]

Forty-seven police officers in Scotland have resigned or retired during misconduct proceedings against them since 2019, the BBC can reveal.

If an officer leaves Police Scotland, misconduct proceedings are automatically scrapped.

The figure was revealed after a freedom of information (FOI) request by BBC Newsnight.

Last year, the Scottish government said it would change the rules to allow hearings to continue.

I believe that this is common across the service  :-\

That probably applies in every business too. Unless there are sanctions that can be applied after they've left (like criminal prosecution) there's no point in pursuing it.
