Forgot to take Utrogestan last night….

Hi,

Just a quickie!

I take 2 oral utrogestan for 14 nights out of 28.

Forgot to take it last night but it was night 14 ie my last night of taking it this cycle.

Should I take a dose tonight or just leave it until next month and start afresh?

I’d just leave it and start again next month. The dose is 12 - 14 days so you should be fine .

Yes, I used to take it for 12 nights but found 14 suited me better.

I’ll park it for this month 👍🏻
