Saying Thank You and a Quick Update.

Hello ladies.

I have been off the forum for a while as I was battling a rotten cold and I still feel a bit under the weather. However I did want to quickly post a huge thank you to all the ladies who responded to my last post where I basically moan about the menopause and all its joys.

I read all the replies and planned to reply properly but I have just been trying to find
 the actual post and I can't see it. It seems my addled brain can't cope at the moment!
Nevertheless you wonderful ladies know who you are and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I will be back on the forum as soon as I feel better and in the meantime I wish you all a calm and stress free weekend.

I am sorry to hear you are unwell. I hope it passes soon. Make sure you get lots of rest and be kind to yourself.
