Hi ... my patches don't seem to be working well ( been on them since last November) ... Can you get different strengths or would I need to change them more often or change to another hrt altogether?
Any advice appreciated!!!

Hi you’d need to change to an oestrogen only patch which comes in higher strengths … 75 or 100 and Utrogestan for the progesterone.

Ah thankyou Dotty ! Has it got a particular name or are there lots of different ones ? Would the progesterone be a gel ? X

Hi there are different patches. Estradot are the smallest. There’s Estraderm and Evorel and Femseven I think

Utrogestan is a capsule which you take orally at night on an empty stomach or can be used vaginally “off licence.”
