New here ! Wondering if anyone has tried 5htp for the menopause ? A brand i follow is offering a free sample if you answer a questionaire and i was wondering if it was worth trying ??

im interested in something for my mood & im hoping this could help - doesnt seem much about 5htp on here ! if anyone else in interested this is the survey to recieve the 5htp

Im guessing its too help answer questions like i have just asked about whether it does work as seems like there isn't many resources about 5htp and the menopause.

There is also the thread on coping without HRT for women who cannot take it.
I had a quick look on it, the other day, I noticed HRT mentioned, however there must be some women who cannot take it for medical reasons, who live a full life.
I take it, however, I am getting a bit of an aversion to relying on pharmacies.
