Morning,
Hope everyone is well  . I’m 47 and still peri.
I’ve recently started using Lenzetto spray after stopping Evorel sequi as I felt it wasn’t strong enough anymore.
The instructions say 2 to 3 sprays per day on a morning so i’ve started on 2 sprays for now till I suss it out.
I do feel good on a morning after i use it but i’m getting a strange pain in my armpit area that I haven’t experienced before, can anyone else identify with this?
Also, by about 5 I’m starting to feel tired and general aches and pains are setting in. Does this seem like an indication that I need the third-spray and if so can you do that one later in the day to tide you over?

2 sprays is about a 50 patch dose I think, so you are probably on the same or similar dose as sequi.

Maybe try adding in a third spray to see how you feel?

Not sure about the arm pit pain though. Maybe if it persists, make a gp appointment?
