Hi

My doctor has finally given my read out from my oestradiol blood levels:

Serum oestradiol level  <19 pmol/L

Follicular phase 98 - 571 pmol/L

Ovulatory phase 177 - 1153 pmol/L

Luteal phase 122 - 1094 pmol/L

Post Menopausal <183 pmol/L

If any clever ladies can tell me what my estrogen levels are from this?

I'm presuming it's the top line the serum oestradiol level which is <19 pmol/L?? But I could be wrong.

Yes your level is the top one 19 which is very low. X

I just wanted to know; I believe for post meno ladies it can be anywhere between 0 to 30.

That was done the end of June and I started HRT 25th August.

If you’re on hrt then your levels should be a lot higher…over 400 I think x

will my levels have increased by that much already?

does tbere come a time when your tank is full so to speak and you dont need the hrt anymore?

 ive been on hrt for a mth but i know other ladies have said best to go off symptoms i.e. how your feeling rather than going off figures but i was just curious.

Hi it’s better to go off symptoms as everyone is different. There isn’t a magic number that suits everyone. x
