I've woken with intense L golfers elbow  :-\ - it's been niggling for weeks then improved. I will keep moving the arms gently in an attempt to ease pain.

Didn't  respond to this jillydoll - I can't eat much pizza these days, the cheese lays heavy and makes me really bloated and queasy  :-X

Another bad night whittling about stuff  :-\

Blood sugar dropped about 40 mins ago - the heat floors me quite quickly. Light lunch partaken of, cool air blowing and drink to hand, hoping that the feeling goes away  :-\

I agree littleminnie - summer colds seem worse than those that we catch in the winter!

I have had 3 good days ........... trying not to overdo 'stuff' to keep the body calm.

We have itchy 'spots' which seem to appear in the evenings.  Initially thinking hedgehog fleas ......... however.  When I get into the bath they start ........ we currently have shares in 'antisan'  ;D

Feeling much better now, must’ve been a 24 hour thing, 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s throwing it down here, has been all day.

I've bought 8 bereavement cards in the last 3 weeks  :'(  :-\.  My Gt Uncle aged 91 died last month; so that was 2 required.  A friend's husband died after nearly 5 years of treatment for facial cancer ........ a neighbour aged 40 with 2 small children and a wife, parents and brother, died on Monday.  Nature can be cruel  >:(

I've also found out that a man found dead on a bench is some1 that I had contact 15 years ago .......... his name didn't mean anything, it was when I saw the photo published by the family that it gave me an 'oh no' moment  :'(
