I’m ok thanx CLKD.
Just very anxious over it.
So I’ve decided to take it very other day instead of every day.
If anything, doing that will help my mental health.
They put me on a fibrate some months ago, and boy, was I poorly, so hence the anxiety now.

Can anyone get them MM?
It's such a horrid feeling, I mean there's been a few times I've JUST got to the loo on time and I mean JUST  :'(

I applied ages ago and got the card without having to say why i needed it.  It looks like now it is a download or you pay for a plastic card.

My problem can be needing to pee so if out i always wear a medium absorbant panty liner now and carry spare pants and a liner.
Just feels safer that way.

Our town has a public toilet and then there are the supermarkets or GP surgery.
We have M&S at one end of the local city centre and John Lewis at the other ! So many public toilets have been shut.  You can't keep going in cafes to have a drink in order to use the toilet it defeats the object.

The time i tried using the card was in a cafe in a shopping precinct on the edge of our city.  It was after the last public toilets there shut.  He wasn't going to let me use the toilet without buying a drink which i didn't do given his attitude.  I haven't tried using the card again since as i generally map out where i am walking now but am not afraid to try to use it again.

I can understand them not wanting everyone using their loos, that's why the card is such a good idea. The number of unwanted cuppas I've had to buy  ;D
My daughter has crohns/colitis and I keep telling her to get one,I'm sure they're free for her.

Removal men been,so glad that's out of the way, last minute things tomorrow 🥳

Please don't let Jilly on the trampoline. Me neither  ;D
I dread to think of the consequences of baggy boobies and a weak pelvic floor  ;D

I'm really  looking forward to this party.  :gym: :drunk: :drunk:
