The flowers were well accepted.
Due to going away this week and with bothersome reflux since Sat., followed by a long time on the loo this monring after 3 days 'without', I've been really weary 2day

It gets us like that though clkd,I'm the same, days without then nonstop,it's exhausting.
Well I've managed to twang my back again, bent to pick up the post and bang,it went, could hardly stand straight. Too much lifting I'm guessing, great time for it to go,moving on Monday and Tuesday 😩

My back was painful, own fault - I need to kneel rather than bend when loading that dishwasher
I tried to sleep this afternoon ........ without success
. Met friends this evening which lifted my mood.

Came back to the Hotel to rest, managed lunch and the wind went ..... it's not being close to a loo that makes it worse. Supper eat, hopefully will sleep and off to Ely in the morning: antiques of course

Weird few days. OK-ish yesterday though driving by the Home where Mum stays got to me for the 1st time
.
Kept busy today. Bowel more or less behaving today ! symptoms do ruin days out and holidays if I'm not near a loo

Aww poor you. 😢
We know only too well now about where the toilet is.
Me with IBS, and OH after his illness. It’s so stressful at times. But we mange. Have too.
Just started a new tablet today for my liver disease. 😱 I’m on a back foot. ☹️

Bladderandbowel.org is the website of the bladder and bowel community.
They do a ‘just can’t wait’ card or on your phone that can be shown to try to get access to a loo in say a shop or somewhere.
I’ve got one tried to use it once and was told where to go but not to where a loo was unfortunately !
That doesn’t mean everyone would react the same.

I'd read about the Cards years ago. What was your reaction to being told that you couldn't use the facilities?
Weary now. Have magazines to read in the bath ;-)

You moving far jaypo? I hope everything goes smoothly.
I've been desperate to get out of this house since the day we moved in. I hate it and it's never felt like home properly even though we've done loads to it.
