I had that bloating again immediately after eating last night
. Really uncomfortable with waves of nausea. Lasted 4 hours then I had a small bowl of ice cream.
Today - OK thus far

I’ve had bloating with a bad stomach.
Too much fruit eaten, I can only tolerate maybe every other day, the fruit I’ve been eating with yogurt.
So no more for a few days, until my tum settles.
My IBS is in meltdown. ☹️

My back is playing up,twanged twice yesterday, then last night in bed my leg was tingling 😩 same side as the herniated disc from 4 years ago,so I'm panicking ☹️

Don't panic. Get some pain relief down you and gentle exercise. It mayB a simple pull rather than disc involvement.
Me - too early to decide.

My backs sore too. 🤷🏼♀️
Just be careful Jay, take it easy.
I’m good apart from above.
I’m eating more fruit too, all it seems to do is upset my stomach tho.
Maybe it’ll get used to it as time goes on. 🤷🏼♀️
Baked spud with cheese last night, yummy, but, I was soooo uncomfortable after it, maybe too heavy for my gut. 🤷🏼♀️

That's what I decided the other night. Especially as I hadn't eaten much in the afternoon and lunch was sparse.
Ok I think.

Depressed. My brain hasn't wanted to wake up for several months, once up and about I'm usually OK until the last few mornings. Wondering whether my gradual changes of diet might B having an impact? I have added 5mg of AD to my regime which may/not have helped
Restless. Edgy. Irritable ........

Fortunately I've never had SAD.
I can see issues getting away with me, DH isn't listening when I suggest that we need help with the garden : I can help U : occasionally he will spontaneously get on with weeding for example but I feel quite isolated, I was out there this morning: now he's upstairs doing his hobby on such a lovely day it's a shame to be indoors

Struggling with organic depression. Off to discuss a hike in my AD medication with my GP this morning, after sending a triage note to the Surgery yesterday, the appt came back within the hour.
Also ate something that didn't agree with me last night so had 5 hours of hell. Trying to eat toast with a banana now ..........
Best wishes all.
