I’ve done the housework, and cooked dinner.
I ate my dinner so fast, think my stomach was saying Mmmmm, proper food at last!

Was back into the spare room again last night,OHs snoring is driving me crazy,got him some sterimar nasal spray,he'll try that tonight,see if it helps

Feeling down today.
So instead of sitting feeling sorry for myself, I made coconut rock cakes.
Came out nice too. So coffee and cake later watching Martin Clunes new program.

You've had a virus so feeling down shouldn't be unexpected. As we do more the body needs energy which sometimes it doesn't have which impacts from top to bottom. Rest girl, Eat - >hands over plate>

wondering - I'm alone in the house but the bathroom floor boards are creaking
......... however, there is no carpet/tiles on the bare wood so maybe as the heating is on
