Geez, I know, Jaypo and I’m due the old cervical screening too - think I’ll leave that till the new year 😳
Feel ok today but was caught slightly off guard this morning (tears streaming down my face again!) when the scouse lad that won “The Piano” was on the news. What a cracking story and such a lovely down to earth lad. He played a piece that he had written called “Home To Me”. Absolutely beautiful.

What's he been up to Songbird, we loved those two series but there's probably not many who won't cotton on next time
So far so good ;-).

His name is Brad Kella. Fostered as a kid by a lovely couple (who encouraged him and bought him his first piano - lovely story as he wasn't academic and had a hard time).
Just a naturally gifted boy who is hugely grateful, particularly interested in being a good role model for his daughter but is managing to carve a nice living out for himself (and has released his debut album)..

. Will certainly look out for his Album. Music soothes, music heals, music unites.

He has a twin, CLKD. Both were fostered by that lovely couple
You're so right. Music does have a profound effect for sure. I can laugh, feel soothed or cry (dependent on the piece of music I'm listening to). There is nothing I love more than to sit in our lounge listening to my lovely hubby playing his acoustic guitar - Aww, dead romantic! I remember he surprised me at our wedding by playing and singing "Groovy Kind Of Love" - dead romantic - not a dry eye in the house
